Hello community! I hope you can help me. Each time I log into public mobile.ca to view my points the system requests I activate my phone. My phone is already activated. The system won’t allow me to go any further preventing me from topping up online and viewing any information whatsoever. Any suggestions?!

@Kelisha4161 how long ago did you last logged in? Maybe you didn't create an Eversafe ID? See the link below to see if it applies to you.

Might want to try to install the PM app (if not done already).

This website is finicky and has caching issues. You might want to clear cache or try private/incognito mode.  Or try a different web browser or even a different device.
