I ported my number from Virgin Mobile last Thursday.  Everything is good except l can't send or receive texts.  I have submitted several tickets and PM's during this time. None of which have been responded to. This is beyond ridiculous.  Can someone please help?

Another day gone by and still no response to any tickets or pm's I've submitted. Has anyone else had to wait this long?

I've opened 2 tickets and sent 3 PM's.  Can't take this much longer. Customer service as a whole has gotten worse everywhere,but this takes the cake.

this seems to be a bug that's happened in the last few days. Contacting Customer Support is your best option right now. We're hoping they're working on this problem.
