How can I speak or chat with an @ publicmobile agent?

The number changing on someone's account isn't really an incomplete number port. It's an entirely failed and closed number porting request.  Public Mobile only changes the number automatically in this manner after 30 days.

@BKNS27  My phone number seems to have changed out of the blue so my are seeing a different # when I call/message them.

Unfortunately, there is no live chat service or phone number to call for customer service agent help. 

Is there any specific questions that the community members on this forum can help with?  Lots of questions do not need CSA direct help.  

However, if you need to contact customer service agent, you can either submit a ticket via the help section or private messsage CSA:
