Help!!! I lost my phone, bought a new one and can't 2 factor authent

So, are you with PM?

If you are with PM and cannot login because of the 2FA and lost phone, you can try to get a new email address first, get a new free Gmail and don't setup 2FA.  Then open ticket with PM support and ask them to help changing your email addressed used for My account to this new email address.  Please open ticket with Chatbot:

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

Can't log in with 2 fa on my  account...lost old phone and can't get into my other emails yet for the normal recovery method

Earlier, you stated that you're with a different company.  Which 2 factor authentication code are you asking about?  Are you asking about codes sent by your bank or the code sent by Public Mobile to get into your Self Serve account to update the SIM card?

Yes I'm 100% a PM customer still

@NoImNotAJoey   you don't go to My Account to buy sim card

 

Although you can buy sim card from PM online, I don't suggest you to do it, as it could take long for PM to deliver your sim card

 

So, please go to a Telus or Koodo store and buy from them in person.  Or you can also buy from Amzon

And you are NOT PM customer yet?  if you are not PM customer yet ,Once you have the sim card, then you will activate your sim card here https://activate.publicmobile.ca/ and arrange porting

 

if you are PM customer, the you will login to My Account and tie the sim card to  your exiting My Account

No new public mobile sim yet..with a different stupid company..I'd like to get into my account and buy a new sim from the good company.you guys 😉 , and when it arrives switch too you right away

And you bought a new SIM card,too?

 

did you login to My Account and use "Change SIM card" to link the new sim card with the account?

Tell us what you have done with this new phone and new sim card...
