Having problems signing in / accessing my account... see below

I subscribed today, and am having problems signing into / activating my account and I need some help.  I'm getting an "unknown request failure" message;  I am not able to submit a "help ticket" ;  there is an indication that a sign-in authentication code is being sent to my phone, but I don't get any messages.  I need to chat with someone to help me activate my account... how do I do this?

... I was using both my computer as well as my phone to work through things.  I'm not sure if that was the problem or not, however...

Thank you for posting with that update and I'm able to get into my account now as well @Priority

Try again now, the issue appears to have been corrected and resolved.

Just refresh your website.

At what part of the Activation is the process failing? Also are you using the Mobile App or Website for the Activation?

I'm about to do two Activations and this is my worry..

Edit: I see it's failing at the 2FA Code, that's a common issue so I don't think that's a part of the system outage right now. I'll update back and let you know if mine works within an hour or so.
