Haven't received Port our SMS

Hi,

The new provider has submitted a port request about 1:48pm today and so far I have not received the SMS for confirm the post. Please help urgently.

Had to contact new service provider to send request and this time I for the SMS. Thanks all for the help.

Yes the account is active and the SIM is in the phone. Waiting for the SMS.

can we assume that your PM account is still active ? Leave the PM sim in the phone until you receive port request. You have 90 mins to reply YES.
