Have the New CAN/US plan

HI...I have the new can/us plan it worked great for 3 days and suddenly I'm offline.  I have only used 1.35 gb   Help!!!

Like I mentioned @Rose67 go into your network settings and choose T-Mobile then reboot. You should be back up and running!

yup... a few times restart and shut down... I'll keep working on it  ergh

@Rose67 - Are you connected to Verizon Wireless? If so... manually change it to AT&T or T-Mobile.

Also try manually connecting to 4G / LTE not 5G. 5G on T-Mobile is more stable than 5G on AT&T while roaming in the USA.

Also try reseting network settings... see if that helps. *Note that this will delete all of your saved Wi-Fi Usernames & passwords*

Dumb question @Rose67 , have you tried to reboot? Also, try going into your network settings and turn off automatic and choose T-Mobile. Then reboot, see if that works. If not, you may need to reset your network settings. You may lose some blue tooth items and may need to set them up again along with some wifi settings and passwords too. But this is a last resort.
