I tried to submit a ticket because I’m having issues subscribbing my son and now the deal is over. I have tried many many time to submit a ticket and it won’t work. I’ve cleared cookies and all.

There were PM deals just on Black Friday and Cyber Monday only. Once it is gone…it is gone but I am sure there will be a Boxing Day deal coming up.
PM promo deals change every month so keep your eyes for them in the Announcement section.

Try to reach out to customer support no guarantees. If not, I highly recommend you take a look around Xmas / Boxing Day for the next wave of promos.
