Group/Picture message

I am unable to reply to any Group Chat's or Send any Picture messages.

I can still see other replys to group chat and I also can receive Picture messages.

Any help would be appreciated

It is Android.

All that info matches mine.

I was able to send picture messages and reply to group chat until March 1, and then without updates or anything changing it stopped working
