Forgotten email address, no chance to renew a card

Hi Everyone,

My father in law forgot email address associated to his account and no chance to find where email link goes on recover.

However, password recovery text goes to my wife cell number. 
Whom should I contact to solve such problem?

I can not login, I dont know email address

but you can receive the code on your wife phone number and then recover the password that way?

If so, login first, go to My Account ,Profile Page, Manage EverSafe ID, check if the phone number there is your wife's phone number.  If so, you can just change it back there yourself
