Hi Everyone,
As in title. Dad's been hacked. He can't log in to his email accounts and his phone will not make calls or texts. He's a public mobile client. How do I help him get his phone back online?

You will have to talk to agent. Open a ticket as preferable way of communication through botchat.

use this link to message Customer Support for their intervention. Include as much acct info as you can..ie: phone #, acct #, PM pin #, name on acct, date of last payment...etc.
