Failed Number Change

Hi,

Is there a provisioning problem currently? My number change was successful on my account however I cannot make or receive calls. I am not transferring a number, I simply changed my number due to spam calls. When I try to call my new number from another phone it says that I number is not in service. My phone which was working no longer works.

I’ve already sent a ticket and messaged CS_Agent but this isn’t an isolated incident. There are posts popping up with similar issues. This needs to be addressed ASAP as my phone isn’t working right now.

Hi @hollymac 

try reboot the phone first

try your sim card in another phone, i heard it can jump start the change and it might help

if not, I think you need PM support agent.  please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html  Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
