I have seen posts if people get to keep their loyalty rewards and points (answer is yes).

but I have not seen if my ADDON's will stay (500 minutes of US Calling) + (500 minutes International) + 2GB Data etc.

HI @BlackSky   The addon you purchased and those free one from Decembers will stay

Only one people might those are those 2GB for  X months or 12 GB for a years bonus data they got during activation will be gone
