Everything wrong with PM

just actived my SIM and registed my account. but my iphone says NO SIM.....

checked with other phone, still NO SIM. SO I GOT a bad SIM Card.

my account is ACTIVE

then I want to change SIM, Fortunly, I brought two SIMs

 

BUT the web does not work,

Currently my self-serve shows a blank plan page, which means you should wait and try again later. When you log in and see this blank.png


Then try to log in again, once it shows your plan then go ahead with your changes.

 

When all else fails send a private message to the public mobile moderator team. Click this to message them.  They will reply with a unique link to a secure online form where you will need to verify your identity as the account owner. @frank312Self serve is doing an update / has the common blank glitch right now, sometimes it takes a little time for the sim to become active during this common occurance.

 

If you just activate, wait a couple hours and restart your phone, most likely everything will work without having to change your sim.

@frank312What does it exactly say? "No SIM card Installed" or does it say "Sim Failure"  or "Sim Not Valid" or "Sim Not Supported" or.....................?

I guess it's a broken sim card, so no phone can read this sim
