Esim not working and not able to submit ticket

I received a message during the transfer process saying that it did not work and I need to contact the provider. I read and tried to contact customer support but I can’t submit a ticket, I have the 404 error. Can someone help me find where I could get help to find out what the problem is?

Final solution was: I had to purchase a new esim and it worked! The customer service helped me.
