Upon attempt to activate a new SIM. I received error code 821. Please assist.

@tolahskimpy weird, usually Error 821 is an error for porting.
So, make sure PM has not charged you yet. You might also, want to put your PM sim card and confirm the card cannot connect PM network at the moment
Once the two things are confirmed, you can try to reactivate again. But this time, use Incognito mode and try again
Since you are not porting, pick a new number on Step 2

Thanks for the feedback. I am not porting. This is a new SIM activation for as a new subscriber

This almost always means that during the activation you tried to use your IMEI number to Port here as opposed to the account number from the prior provider.
Before trying again, make sure your payment card was not charged for the activation.
When you try again, try using a desktop or laptop device and using your prior provider account number instead of the IMEI number to port the number over.
