TELUS has a Mobile Outage. It includes:

• Mobile - Voice
• Mobile - Data
• Mobile - Text / SMS / MMS
• Wireless Home Phone
• Wireless Internet System
• IOT Devices via Cellular

It is still under investigation currently.

according to the Telus outage site, they made some progress, now is mainly just mobile problem:

Telus business voip was down yesterday but came back later in the day.
