ESIM Not installed. HELP

I am porting back over from Bell and getting a message saying Esim not installed while trying to complete activation. @ Mod @ Support 

 

edited by computergeek541: removed tagging of the usernames of "Mod" and "Support" as these are not staffed by Public Mobile

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
