Yes a CS agent replied to my question with a polite - no way passible. Now I also noticed that points were not applied to my account - how long does it take before points will go in my account?
@eyes - when you change or renew your plan early (not at the regular scheduled renewal) points are not applied. Another downfall of changing plans NOW, rather then on next renewal.

As instructed -- just switched down to a less expensive plan - but have a problem. I missed clicking the update plan on next renewal date so the plan updated immediately and charge me the new monthly plan fee. Is there any way I can correct this by editing to switch on next renewal date?
