I guess you click hastily without looking on the plan change options.

@eyes - when you change or renew your plan early (not at the regular scheduled renewal) points are not applied. Another downfall of changing plans NOW, rather then on next renewal.

Nope. You are done. It is not possible to correct change plan Now to change plan on next renewal.
You can always ask agent for assistance - reversal. Let us know if you succeed!

@eyes You will know when it’s right because you have option to cancel at anytime to before renewal
Cancel plan change

@eyes Like this as I said in my pic
Change plan in 3 easy clicks
Once you find plan you want be sure to (change on renewal )So you don’t lose money on current cycle
now you need to ask support to reverse for you
Message support directly

@eyes you cannot change it yourself. PM already charged you
But no worry, open ticket with support by direct message and they likely can reverse it

@eyes I don't believe you can change it after you have completed the plan change immediately. It doesn't hurt to ask CS_Agent, however, don't be surprised if they can't change it for you.

As instructed -- just switched down to a less expensive plan - but have a problem. I missed clicking the update plan on next renewal date so the plan updated immediately and charge me the new monthly plan fee. Is there any way I can correct this by editing to switch on next renewal date?

Improper soultuion removed. The assignment has not only been deemed suspicious, but the answer in the previously marked solution was also provided by others nearly 2 hours earlier. Solution re-assigned and repetitive posts removed. Please note that gaming the system in an attempt to gain Community rewards/points is a violation of the terms of service.

You can, the same way it was pointed out. The $15 plan is at the very bottom. Hope that helps.

@eyes you can freely to switch plan as you like, no commitment here
To avoid losing money, make sure you use Change on renewal option instead of Change plan now
