Double charged

I was trying to pay for a USA add on and the system says it wasn’t processed so I tried again.  It looks like I was charged twice for $30.  The one charge is for USA talk , text, data and the other charge is a 30 add on that I never submitted.  How do o get my charge back??! The website was super slow

Yes both charges on credit card and I didn’t agree to anything.  Server was slow and I was in the USA data screen trying to add.  Thanks for the tips .  I will contact an agent .

Are both charges showing as authorized on your card or still pending? Do you see the extra charge in your balance? Did you reply to a text offer of more data?
Don't use those terms charge back. That means something in the credit card world. You want a refund. The ticketing method mentioned does not work. So you need to contact support using the private messaging method in the last link provided above.

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
