Hi there, I had an automatic credit card payment set up. Then after some problems, the credit card got charged and I also mailed in a check for the same amount. So I paid on both credit and check but did not get refund on credit card.. help?

@artiomk65, can you please explain how you were able to mail in a cheque to pay for this service? From what I know, you can pay be adding a payment card to the account and having funds transferred from the payment card either through the auto pay process or manually. The only other option is to buy a voucher and apply that to the account manually. Payment options are covered in this knowledge base article.
