Double Monthly mobile payment

Hi,

I have mistakenly paid my mobile monthly payment twice. What is the procedure to refund one payment?

If you see the extra payment in your available funds, it will probably easier just to leave the funds for next month's payment.  

In general, since Public mobile is prepaid, there are no refunds.  

Otherwise, you will need to contact customer service agent and it will take several weeks to get a refund issued back to your credit card. Easier to just keep the funds for next month's payment.

There is no actual official procedure as the policies state that there are no refunds unelss (obviously unless it's an error by Public Mobile).  Assuming that Public Mobile agrees to a refund, this could take up to 30 days, by which time the payment for your next renewal would be due (if you're on a 30 day plan).  It might be easier to simply leave the extra balance in your Public Mobile account for now.
