I see the offer on the main site, but when trying to switch I only see the 4G version of the plan.
Is this happening to anyone else?

Do you already have a plan change scheduled? You may need to cancel it if so.

I tried the other solutions and they didn’t work.
To fix this:
- logged in on private window on mobile web
- tried to select the plan from the home screen
- logged in and it said I already had a plan
- went to my subscriptions redirect
- was able to see the $34 5G plan
so marking this as the accepted solution and thanks everyone

I just rechecked on mobile and only see the following
This is at the top so it’s showing me the $40 plan as the cheapest 5G plan

@LSiv Yes this happen to me so I choose the 50GB for $40 for next renewal and then immediately when back to change plan to the 40GB $34 plan and changed for next renewal and confirmed it worked by going to my payment tab afterwards

I can see both the 4G and 5G versions available in self-serve on my computer.

Please try using Incognito/private/secret mode and your browser and check again

I see it on my app on my phone. Might want to check the phone app and check out "Change subscriptions" and see what comes up.
