I’m stuck and I can’t pay my bill online as I forgot my pin on the automated centre and now can’t sign in online because I forgot my password and my security question. I’m not sure what to do now

Is your account currently in suspended/non-payment status?
After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.
2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.
If within 90 days, and you need to reactivate immediately while waiting for CSA's, consider an instant top up, or paying by voucher.

Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
- type: Forgot log in information
- Click "Contact Us"
- Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
- you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
Also check the SENT Box for the message sent to CSA with the TICKET ID showing on the subject line. Don't waste your time for waiting if a support ticket was not created. Repeat the process again.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
only them will reset all for you,
