My son lost his SIM card. And he didn't has eversafe ID, so couldn't login in his account. How can we report the lost and get a new SIM card. Many thanks.

He can create an Eversafe ID by clicking on Sign Up then click on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent by email.
Once you have the new SIM, go to the Profile section and Change SIM Card Number to replace the old SIM with the new SIM.

Now, I believe only way to get this sorted out is to contact agent.

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
