Do anyone reply to submitted tickets 289079-560, 289079-343, 289079-354; Is Public Mobile a scam?

I ordered two Sim cards April 28/2028 Order number 341975. Did not receive them. Did not receive an reply for  submitted ticket 289079-560 May 17/2023, or submitted ticket 289079-343 May 21/2023, submitted ticket 289079-354 May 24/2023 that was sent in about not receiving my order. It is now May 29/2023; an month has passed and no sim cards!

How do I go about getting a refund?

There was issues for PM delivering SIMs. Here is the ongoing delay for SIM shipment:

It depends when you submitted your ticket. Staff hours are from 9:00am to 10:00pm. I have been with PM for 2 years and never have any issues with a CS_Agent in getting back to me…patience is key on PM. You can ask for a refund if your SIM haven’t been shipped yet and pick one up at your local Telus/Koodo store.

@softech , no matter how I worded it it kept getting removed! I don’t have the energy for this nor will a frustrated , upset Customer!

@J_PM , I’ve been trying for 45 minutes & my message keeps getting deleted! The wrong posts are being rejected! I can’t help when I’m not allowed to! 🙄

@LitlLdy   not point to re-posting , it's hard to "update"/"amend" and try to get pass it.  

So, screenshot the message and post that is the quick workaround

@softech , that’s where I went for it! Thank you for reminder. Frustrating part is it removes the wrong messages! No private info posted ever by me! Messed up system for sure!

J_PM promised you earlier today the system will do something to remove message... that's the system  🙂

 

@softech , I typed out a response 30 minutes ago & it keeps getting deleted!

@R2D1   We are all just customers here and no one has visibility to your tickets

I suggest you to message PM tomorrow morning, providing them all those ticket numbers,  and ask them for update.

Since is late now, message them tomorrow morning
