Existing customers do not qualify for the Diwali promo. You only qualify if it is a new activation.

I believe that would be too long to get the promotion.

 

Thanks for seeking input from the Community.

@Jibraan2405  5 months back. Sorry you're out of luck and do not qualify for the promotion. It was for new sign ups during a limited time frame. As others mentioned if you miss a promo within a few hours or so then maybe a moderator may extend the offer to you but since you've been a client for a few months it's not possible and it was only for new signups not current members.

No. I activated it 5 month back but I was using the $15 deal. Its only last month i switched to $25.

 

My post keeps getting whipped out

If you activated after announcement you enter your email (dunt copy and paste or autofill but type it)

If you don't get anything after 3 weeks, contact moderators

When did you activate your plan? If you activated after October 26th when the promo started, you can ask the moderators if they will grant you the promo.

It is only for new customers or new account/plan.  You would need to activate a new account/SIM card to qualify.  

Unfortunately @Jibraan2405 ,  I believe this is a promo for new activations only and not for existing accounts.

 

If you know someone who might like this, and is considering a switch to Public Mobile, maybe let them know and don't forget to give them your referral code so you can BOTH save money if they activate.

You can change the location to your current location if it's not Ontario, then enter your email address.
