Is there anyway to make a direct call to customer service instead to get agent ticket?

Due to today being the last day to have the holiday gifts added to accounts wait times are longer than usual. If your issue is not directly account related the community may be able to help you faster than getting a reply from customer support.

you can Explain your issue in new post and in here to many member has a nice information maybe you get a help they can solve your issue, without contact to CSA,

What was the issue?  Many of us might have workarounds.

 

if you really need to open a ticket, still let us know what is it about and we can help you to open the ticket quicker via Chatbot
