Hello,

I want to remove my card on file and pay monthly without a card on file as I have been charged twice this month and this issue needs to be addressed.

How can I remove a card and pay monthly without a card on file?

I would like a refund please.

Im still waiting for PM to investigate the overcharge. No resolution yet

And you've confirmed this with your bank or credit card company? 

If you have in fact confirmed this to be true, don't worry, you can send a private message to a CS Agent via this link and get it refunded.

Hi @Bia_239 

Please contact your credit card company first to make sure it actually was a double charge. Sometimes "PENDING" charges can stick for a bit. I know in December/January credit card invoice, pending charges stuck on a bit longer. If they say it's a double charge for sure, the yes, reach out to a CS Agent for a credit to your account or refund. However, if you are still on the old Legacy Reward system, you'll lose your $2 monthly discount. Just sharing info you may not have thought of.

and remember PM is every 30 days not monthly , but ice card is removed from account you can buy payment vouchers and load them *611 @Bia_239
