Deactivate accounts without access to the phone (e.g. cannot receive 2FA text to login to account)

I have moved out of the country and want to cancel two public mobile accounts.

I cannot log into either of them since a text is sent to the phone when trying to login to the account.

According to the Public account on Twitter I should be able to enter the wrong code 5 times and it would send the code by email. This did not work.

I tried calling and went through the phone menus to cancel autopayment, but was stymied by a request for a PIN.

Hello @sean4976 

I am sorry to hear that those steps aren’t working as hitting resend code a few times and then didn’t receive code has allowed me to get the code sent to my email in the past. You can try clearing browser data and trying again in case that fixes things.

If not for resetting a pin you will have to reach out to customer service for help.
