Hello, I have the 40 g plan and it started on Nov 1 and i got notified I have used 90 percent but the website says I have o ly used 13.5 g. I can not run out of data as it is vital to my job and safety. But also the little 1 g add on won't help. Anyone have such a huge discrepancy between what the website says and the notification system?

The data notifications are 75% and 95%. Possibly 100%. Not 90. Do you have data limiting settings set on the phone? Also remember that this place is 30 days so you need to keep your phone settings aligned to the changing renewal dates.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache.
Info on PM site might not be up-to-date and showing obsolete info.

The notification system has a lot of problems or a gliche.
For most accurate data usage check out what your account has listed in there.

@panapup hi you may be looking at a cached /old version of your account,clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser in secret or incognito mode,sign back in to see if it updates

@panapup for the discrepancy with usage, it could be just a browser cache issue. Just try to use incognito mode to login My Account again and confirm if the usage is correct
