Hello,
I switched my sim card into a new phone and ever since then the data hasn't been working, I checked my account balance and I have 4GB of data available. Do I need to update IMEI information or anything else?

1)as others mentioned it could be APN settings.
2) make sure mobile data is on.

What type of phone do you have? Was it brand new when you purchased it? As stated try the APN settings from the site listed above.

As long as your phone is compatible, it's most likely you need to update your APN settings.
