Data not working

I upgraded a public subscription and now data and the phone service isn't working and I have tried for help but it's a complete joke. If I can't get any help I'm canceling and moving to a different provider. Public mobile chat box is terrible.

@CE4  Can you try the SIM card in another phone to test . Try resetting network settings also . If still no luck please submit ticket with support to investigate

seems like you are not the only one, many have similar experience after a plan change.  

Try reboot the phone, try Reset all networks.  if same,  please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
