Data did not reset with new plan cycle

Hello

My plan usage shows a 

1024.00 MB used

but it just renewed July 15. Who can take a look ar it?

usage the direct message method to open ticket with PM CS agent

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

And, did you check the usage log? filter by Data and check if shows you really used 1GB since July 15

Clear your browser cache and start your browser in private mode and try again.  OR use another browser.
If you are still have issue creating ticket, you can send a private message to CS Agent. The response time will be slower without a trouble ticket.  BTW, there 9 Agents online at the moment.  You will get a response within a few hours.

 

Your phone be accidently used more data as usual.  What is your usage history showing how much data you were using for the last couple of days?

CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours.  Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).

Tried submitting a ticket again and not working. Now what?

If your renewal date is July 15, your plan will be reset at 12:00AM ET.  If you live in BC, your account will be reset at July 14, 9PM PT.

 

Check your usage history since July 15.   

If you are certain that your data was not reset, create a trouble ticket using the Chatbot(SIMon) link at the bottom of this page.

 

@Saucisse hi looks like it’s all used up 
Do you have Wi-Fi assist enable do you leave your data on all the time ,might be updates we’re done

it is plan usage. Used max 100mo according to my history. Will open a ticket

HI @Saucisse   were you checking those usage for Plan Usage or Add-on Usage?

 

Those on Plan usage would be your regular monthly usage, not those on Add-on Usage

(Add-on Usage are for the bonus add-on and the extra add-on you purchased)

but if you confirmed you checked the right one, open ticket with CS agent for help:

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
