Data and texting not working after ported

  • I have contacted the porting team, they said my porting was completed. I was able to make/received call but the text messages and data doesn’t work. I’m using esim

HI @HelenPhan 

if you cannot make outbound calls, it is a sim card setup problem.  did you activate esim or physical sim card?

please ask agent to help to check the sim activtion, also ask them to fix the sms issue (every activation has that problem lately)
