Customer support please!

Ok. I'm not sure what the hell is going on but it seems as though public mobile's website offers no ability to message customer support! I mean it certainly makes one thing it should be accessible, but it looks like every effort has been made to avoid it! I've got some questions and nothing seems to work. Maybe customer support would see this and contact me???

Thanks for the private message link! All the other stuff you mentioned has never worked.

It will take a few hours for CSAs to respond. 

If you feel comfortable, you are welcome to ask general questions on the forum.  Experienced members can usually help troubleshoot most account issues.

PM support is all online.   To engage support, you will have to either open a ticket with Chatbot or direct message CS agent:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there       

But if you don't mind, you can also share your question and the Community can try to help
