My mother is a public mobile customer and she cannot remember her 4 digit code number. She does not have an email account with public mobile. Is there somewhere in Toronto she can go for customer service?

PM support is on-line only.

She should contact agent to resolve her access issues. She should create PM account for easier account maintenance. You should help her. She would need unique email to do that.

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here

So, she cannot login My Account? Can she login My Account and have the 2FA security code send to her phone?  If so, she can login and reset the PIN at the profile page
