To refer a friend, you can log in to your Public Mobile account and share your unique referral code with your friend. Once your friend activates their Public Mobile plan using your referral code, both you and your friend will receive the promotion reward.

Two promo plans are available presently:

$40 for 15 GB LTE data

$45 for 20 GB LTE data

The above promo plans - additional discount codes did not work in the past. 

3x rewards points for 12 months for new activations

Also, looks like if you purchase a SIM card online for $10, PM will also give you a free bonus SIM card.

Hi @Adi20 make sure your share your own friend code .  Your friend will get $10 off one time and you will get $1 or 1 point per cycle 

and try the code  50FF12MTH if your friend activate plan $40 and above
