@Erez1968  Unfortunately PM is a prepaid service and there is no refund for early account closure.  Once the porting out completed successfully, the account will be closed and remaining days (amount) of the last cycle will be forfeited.   You should have try to port your account a day or two earlier

Yes I’m completed the process, they have some way that I can receive some of the money? I was unaware that it’s prepaid agreement.

You can always ask CSA if they would help to get some of your money back but I wouldn't keep my hopes too high.

Generally, there are no refunds here at Public Mobile as this is a prepaid service.

Did you fully complete the port to Koodo?

Maybe you can stay with PM for a bit longer to use up some of your plan before going to Koodo.

Which credit are you asking about?  Is your phone working?  More details would be helpful.

@Anonymous

Might want to get more details of issue before sending OP to Customer service agent.
