How do I let public mobile know that my credit card has been renewed in order for them to charge my payment to it again?

Public is self service. You manage your account and make changes on your own...online.

You can login to the account, go to the payment tab, then manage subscription, then click manage payment. You can then update your credit card info.

you have to update it yourself on My Account
Login My Account, Payment, Manage Subscription and then Manage Payment Method
