My old credit card expired.
I put in a new account and it renewed and paid the balance.
My bank shows the transaction as pending.
My account looks like it is in good standing and renewed Nov. 1
I have no service. HELP

Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on first to see if that works.

I don't think so, because it shows the same status on my computer and on my phone. So I will use the link you gave me. Thanks, R
