Logging in gets one to the standard page not showing you the detail of an account.
I want to change the plan I have and it has me in this perpetual loop.
This is a subpar experience. The logic is awful. Even when you sign in it still says sign in in the top left.
Are the programmers the leftovers that Telus didn't want?
Even worse is that I recommended this to friends. Get this fixed!
All I want to do is change my plan!

I just tried it, it works fine. make sure you login EverSafe with your email address and password.

Look like you login My Account with Eversafe login system the first time. Your account on EverSafe not configured right. Please submit a ticket with CS agent here:

Logs in and automatically goes to the "Good Morning .... do you want to continue with pre-activation or log in" screen.

so, you can login to the My Account and see the details of the account?
Try login using Incognito mode again, click Change Subscription on the top right and see if you can at least at least get to the change plan page
