Couldn't get call from other non Telus user

I just activated a new phone number few minutes ago, but I couldn't receive phone call from a Fido number call. When I use my Fido # to make call, someone else is answering the phone. Even though I use my home phone (Bell service) to call the new public mobile number, it is not connected to my cell neither. On the other hand, my friend who is using Telus is able to call me through the new number. Can CS solve this issue ASAP? @CS_Agent

How long ago did you sign up?

Wait another 15 mins and try to reboot the phone.

So you call from a Bell landline and also a Fido number to a newly picked number from Public and someone else answers. But a Telus call finds you.
If all calling went to someone else I would say log in and pick a new number. The fact that a Telus call can find you is interesting.
