Hello, I am looking for a copy of my last bill. The number has been switched to a new provider at this time.. How can I obtain a copy

you have a fully functioning service and just don't have access to My Account? You have not logged into My Account for some time?

I dont think my account was set up correctly, I don't even have access to the payment tab.

To print out your invoice for last month, log into your account, go to the payment section on the left hand side, then you will see mid page "View Payment History". Click on that. Then you will see this to the right side of the page. Click on download and it will download a payment history for you. Enjoy.
