Continue suspended my service

When I log in to my account I get: "Let's complete your activation" with 2 options "Resume activation" y "Go login Page", I tried both, but it doesn't allow me to enter the menu, please help me. I don't know what to do?

@Maximiliano what are you trying to do on My Account? wonder if you can do it with *611

For you login issuez, you have ever login My Account since EberSafe was introduced?  The error you got usually indicates PM EberSafe login is unable to link up your My Account.  No worries, easy fix for PM support, please open ticket by direct message here

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
