Hello,

who can I contact regarding my plan?

I got charged but nothing is working.

can only use wifi. The chat isn’t doing much keeps asking me to log in then nothing.. ticket in progress no help. What can I do?

Hi ,

I requested an ESIM to go faster.

now I don’t have service but paid for two plans.

Nobody I can talk to?

login My Account using Incognito/private/secrete mode to check your account status, suspended or not. (you need to use "Send email" to receive code in email since you cannot receive text

can you test your sim in another phone?
