Charges on Credit card

I have 3 charges of $169.50 on my credit card for the month of November. There are no such payments in the billing history. 
It’s impossible to submit a ticket, page is always down. 
How do I proceed to get the charges reversed?

do you have more than one line with Public Mobile?

if not, if the charge really suspicious , ask PM CS agent to check
