Changing phone number

i changed my phone number from chatR and now I can't receive phone calls it goes straight to voice mail and I can't receive SMS messages that are being sent as verification codes to get into my old accounts like Facebook, Gmail, etc

open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it

@Tufftiff22 you ported in from Chatr?

 

   A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and reply YES within 90 mins.  Sound like you missed the step and hence porting was not completed

 

There is a number to all to talk to live support and the can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox.  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed

Try doing a reset on your phone. Does it show that you’re connected to the Public Mobile network?
