Changing my plan to a plan that says it requires new activation only

Hello,

I was going to move my service from Public to freedom mobile where I can get 20GB of Can / US data and unlimited voice for 29 / month ( https://www.freedommobile.ca/en-CA/special-offers ).  Then I saw that Public mobile had an offer for 30gb of 4G data for 29/month that included unlimited voice service but it said for new activations only.  I am fine with my existing Public service and would like to have the 30gb / 4G / unlimited voice on my existing phone number.  Can you do this for me?

I thought I would give Public the chance to keep my business before I switch to Freedom.

You have to read fine print of PM offer:

- It is for NEW subscribers only?
- Did you get SMS offer on your existing PM number?

You can talk to agent if they are willing to keep you as customer and switch your plan to better one.
Or, you can get new SIM, open new account with better features, close existing account but you will lose your current number.

@DATONLINE100  You can submit ticket with support and ask some were lucky enough to get switched to the new activation only plans
