Changed plans twice but didn't work

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I changed my plan in November and December from $35 to $15/month plan. Both times it didn't change and I was charged $35. I need to get it reimbursed and change my plan please. Thanks

@suyangyoon112   you might have got the plan change already.  

  

 

Try to access My Account again using Incognito mode and see if you see the correct plan

(there are some cache issues with My Account, only Incognito mode will show you the correct info)

 

If you see the correct plan, then there is no overcharge  🙂

Make sure you're viewing a 'live' page on self-serve, the site has terrible caching issues.

 

Clear cache and cookies, and open an incognito tab, then try logging in again to view the details.

 

Or, try this when logged in to the self-serve site, tap the yellow highlighted area:
